  • We manage waste through a reduction, reuse, recycle, and responsible disposal approach, minimizing our environmental footprint.
  • We carefully manage hazardous materials throughout their lifecycle, from procurement to disposal, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
  • We provide necessary training and awareness programs to empower our workers to perform their responsibilities competently and safely.
  • We are committed to fully implementing the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 (Quality), ISO 14001:2015 (Environment), and ISO 45001:2018 (OH&S).
  • We establish and monitor QHSE objectives and targets at all levels within the organization, ensuring continuous improvement and accountability.

QHSE POLICY

The Management of Laser Engineering and Resources Consultants Limited is committed to ensuring the Health and Safety of employees, contractors and all that may be affected by its operation by carrying out its business activities within the framework of the established OH&S Management System (ISO45001:2018). It is our policy therefore to:

  • Provide safe and healthy working conditions to prevent workplace injury and ill-health   as appropriate with consideration to the context of the organisation, its OH&S risks and                    
  • Comply with all applicable legal and other requirements as well as take any additional measures considered as necessary.
  •  Ensure that OH&S hazards, risks are identified and eliminated or reduced.
  •  Ensure the consultation and participation of workers or their representative in health and  safety matters.
  •   Be committed to continual improvement of the OH&S Management System.
  •  Make available and communicate the OH&S policy to all interested parties. 

OH&S OBJECTIVES

To achieve this policy, we have set-up the following corporate objectives:

  •   To conduct OH&S induction, brief, training and creating awareness in the workforce   and to other interested parties.
  •   Ensure continuous identification and reporting of OH&S hazards, risks and opportunity.
  •    Comply with all OH&S legal requirements and other requirements.
  •     Put appropriate controls in place to eliminate or reduce OH&S risks.
  •     Ensure consultation and participation of workers in OH&S issues through their representative.
  •     Carry out performance review to ensure continuous improvement of the OH&S Management System.
