- Ensure food hygiene and health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
- Review and approve catering requests and Coordinate Catering and Welfare services.
- Supervise/Undertake stock-taking of settling-in-kit items and beverage distribution. Plan and schedule FM maintenance activities, paying attention to resources (personnel and materials), criticality, priority of the various tasks)
- Work with CMMS analysts to update the JDE system
- Liaise with Lead Techs to ensure schedule accuracy
- Communicate weekly schedules to all stakeholders and monitor break-ins
- Run performance reports to ensure compliance
- Facilitate Bid walks, bid clarification meetings and correspondence with contractors.
- Facilitate inspection of leased facilities
- Assist in budgeting and planning for the Facilities Management team
