- Implement, administer and maintain cost control system and procedures to track project budgets, commitments, expenditures and forecasts for projects of medium complexity and value.
- Assist in the preparation and review of cost estimates. Develops reporting tracking tools and generates cost reports on regular basis, including evaluation of earned value. Coordinate the Change Management process for the project.
- Develop reporting methods and generate reports on a regular basis.
- Interact frequently with the Project Team Leads on tracking performance against budget.
- Develop and maintain staffing and manpower plans, contract budgets, etc.
- Work collaboratively with the multi-functional teams (facilities, operations, program management and business) to prepare budgets and plans.
- Coordinate with the P/L and Offshore projects to develop integrated reports to management, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Provide support for preparation of Business Plans, approval requests, etc.
