Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first
point of contact for visitors and callers, playing a key role in creating a positive and welcoming
environment. The role is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and
providing administrative support.

Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in an administrative course or related discipline;
additional certification in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, with experience in

Key Responsibilities
Guest Services and Communication: Greet visitors and callers with a friendly and professional
demeanor, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate personnel or
department. Answer and screen incoming calls, take messages, and provide accurate
information.
Front Desk Management: Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Manage visitor logs,
issue visitor badges, and ensure security protocols are followed.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative and clerical support, including
photocopying, faxing, and filing. Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate appointments for staff and meeting rooms.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, phone messages, and other relevant
information.
Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth office operations and
provide support as needed.
Office Equipment and Supplies: Ensure the proper functioning of office equipment (e.g., phone
systems, printers) and coordinate maintenance when necessary. Monitor and order office
supplies as needed.
