ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

  • Provide administrative support to workgroup to achieve objectives.
  • Collate and organize workgroup information.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular scheduled reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, organize special functions and events for workgroup.
  • Raise purchase requisitions on behalf of the workgroup.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers.
  • Respond to external requests for information.
  • May process timesheets, expenses, and review invoices.
  • Work under moderate supervision.
