GENERAL WORK RESPONSIBILITIES Surface sampling of reservoir fluids to ensure that representative samples are taken. Phase behavior studies of reservoir fluids in the bottom hole and separator. Operation, maintenance, and calibration of PVT equipment. Crude assay analysis. Flow assurance studies. Water and hydrocarbon dew point measurements of natural gas. Detection and measurement of the quantity of contaminants in a hydrocarbon gas sample using a Drager instrument and tube. Ensure the accuracy, validity, and completeness of the experimental results. Reporting of PVT and flow assurance analysis measurements. Preparation of validation and complete PVT report on reservoir fluid samples. PVT simulation of fluid properties using PVTi ,PVT PRO,PVT RECORD and PVT and PVT sim. Analysis and interpretation of PVT data.   EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION First degree in petroleum engineering (1st class honour) or chemical engineering (2nd class upper) with master’s in petroleum or chemical engineering. Monitor and control the flow of hydrocarbons from the reservoir to the point of export, and carry out process sampling. Monitor and record plant conditions, bringing deviations or malfunctions to the attention of the production supervisor. Prepare process plant and equipment for maintenance by applying specified isolations, venting, etc. Prior to start-up of any plant or equipment, inspect and confirm suitability to return to normal service. Maintain own work area in a safe, clean and tidy condition. Prepare production reports. Perform first line maintenance, identifying and reporting faults. Carry out mechanical isolations, gas tests, and work-site inspections. Carry out emergency duties as required by the OIM / site manager.

Implement dive plans in liaison with client, barge/vessel teams and marine superintendents. Monitor safety of dive teams and ensure that the diving operation is carried out from a suitable and safe place as per diving operation manual. Supervise diving operations, ensuring compliance with the company’s dive management systems and Legal & HSE standards Check all diving equipment for valid, up-to-date certification to ensure their suitability for intended projects. Ensure divers’ competence and fitness on a regular basis. Update logs, keep records and prepare accurate reports in compliance with required standards. Ensure that all possible foreseeable risks have been evaluated and are fully understood by all relevant parties and implement hazards action. Responsible for the continuous training of dive teams

Work closely with various departments in consulting roles, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures. Support departments in the creation and maintenance of training programs, plans, matrices and training records. Notify employees of training opportunities and provide necessary information. Track all training activity completion and report training metrics on a timely basis to Management. Conduct or facilitate a needs assessment to identify skill or knowledge gaps and compliance requirements that need to be addressed and identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps Facilitate development of in-house training programs and training materials utilizing existing staff content experts and extensive collaboration with community partners. Map out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs (outsourced or in-house) for corporate, HR training and more Select appropriate training methods per case (virtual, simulated, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc). Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology and handle logistics for training activities, including venues and equipment

Select cables, ropes, pulleys, winches, blocks, and sheaves, according to the weight and size of the load to be moved. Check and inspect slings, mooring ropes, lifting devices, equipment, and materials associated with rigging for serviceability, safety, and functionality. Attach hoisting and pulling gear for lifting, moving, and positioning heavy machines, items of equipment, large structural parts, and other heavy objects. Be aware of weather conditions and recognize hazards prior to any rigging or lift operation Give hand signals to the equipment operator while engaged in hoisting and moving objects in a manner that ensures the safety of workers, equipment, and materials. Carefully establish safe walking paths at all times and watch the placement of feet when walking at all times to avoid slips, trips, and falls.

Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting facilities, equipment, and access points; permitting entry. Assess threats, produce security advisories, instant alerts, threat trending, source management, intelligence research, risk analysis and maintain databases Conduct Investigations and fact-finding, manage evidence, write reports, provide customer feedback, and produce monthly reports on investigation data Prepare SSD presentations to NMA Audit Committee on high impact cases Conduct compliance assurance activities (SMR), reviews, and audits of security SOPs. Continuous RADAR watch/monitoring and analysis of targets to determine CPA and other relevant parameters of interest. Monitor marine VHF radio and maintain radio logs in accordance with ISPS requirements. Maintain security surveillance of the field through radar monitoring and the use of other security/navigational equipment onboard the SPV.

Provides skill and knowledge on IT application and management of data and information. Leads and supports operation of strategic HES IT applications. Provides technical advice and competency development using information systems and technology to improve execution of OE Processes and Standards. Creates reports and presentations of data that assist management and subject matter experts with use of OE information. Coordinates the development and execution of local HES/IT program training. Conducts quality assurance/quality control reviews on data and develops recommendations to address issues. Provides analysis and multiple views of HES data for management and subject matter experts. Provides interface between HES function and application of the IT tool. Provide support for the HES Specialist.
