Monitor and control the flow of hydrocarbons from the reservoir to the point of export, and carry out process sampling. Monitor and record plant conditions, bringing deviations or malfunctions to the attention of the production supervisor. Work closely with various departments in consulting roles, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures. Ensure employee understanding of and compliance with HR policies and regulations. Keep management informed of potential problem areas and recommend/implement solutions as appropriate. Act as a liaison between management and employees to communicate relevant information. Write, revise, edit, and proofread company policies and procedures and related documents as required. Support departments in the creation and maintenance of training programs, plans, matrices and training records. Notify employees of training opportunities and provide necessary information. Track all training activity completion and report training metrics on a timely basis to Management. Conduct or facilitate a needs assessment to identify skill or knowledge gaps and compliance requirements that need to be addressed and identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps Facilitate development of in-house training programs and training materials utilizing existing staff content experts and extensive collaboration with community partners. Map out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs (outsourced or in-house) for corporate, HR training and more Select appropriate training methods per case (virtual, simulated, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc). Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology and handle logistics for training activities, including venues and equipment

Select cables, ropes, pulleys, winches, blocks, and sheaves, according to the weight and size of the load to be moved. Check and inspect slings, mooring ropes, lifting devices, equipment, and materials associated with rigging for serviceability, safety, and functionality. Attach hoisting and pulling gear for lifting, moving, and positioning heavy machines, items of equipment, large structural parts, and other heavy objects. Be aware of weather conditions and recognize hazards prior to any rigging or lift operation Give hand signals to the equipment operator while engaged in hoisting and moving objects in a manner that ensures the safety of workers, equipment, and materials. Carefully establish safe walking paths at all times and watch the placement of feet when walking at all times to avoid slips, trips, and falls.

Conducts quality assurance/quality control reviews on data and develops recommendations to address issues. Provides analysis and multiple views of HES data for management and subject matter experts. Provides interface between HES function and application of the IT tool. Provide support for the HES Specialist.

Provide administrative support to workgroup to achieve objectives. Collate and organize workgroup information. Assist in the preparation of regular scheduled reports. Coordinate meetings, organize special functions and events for workgroup. Raise purchase requisitions on behalf of the workgroup. Liaise with internal and external customers. Respond to external requests for information. May process timesheets, expenses, and review invoices. Work under moderate supervision.

Make Flight reservations and confirmations online (International & Domestic). Management of flight tickets e.g. cancelation reschedules. Prepare daily commercial flight manifest for passengers travel the next day and prepare pickup reports based on manifest. Coordinate the arrival pickup and departure drop-off of International & local airport passengers. Facilitate/coordinate passenger service check-in, boarding and validate flight manifest. Assist the Aviation group in capturing Los/Esc requests. Liaison with aircraft service providers, dispatching and flight following activities. Monitor loading and unloading baggage and cargo Handle and oversee international and domestic flight reservations and confirmations. Arrange hotel reservations. Handle hotel audit inspections with the relevant team and prepare reports.
