  • Ensure punctual and safe transportation of staff and materials to and from places as instructed by dispatcher or supervisor.

D&C SUPPORT OFFICER

  • Well Safe Business Unit Induction: Keep track and update the BU Induction database
  • Generate the well control drills reports monthly to be presented to the leadership team once per month
  • Manages all FCPA request needed for trips to the rig by government officials and closes out the reconciliation at when it is due
  • Assist in Well view data mining needed for drilling and completions analysis.
  • Send daily operations summary reports to the DPR / NAPIMS for both DW and JV operation

  • Prepare work programs for both direct and common cost required for budget and performance brief submission to Planning for both DW and JV.

  • Collate supporting documents required to achieve signoffs for both JV and DW during budget and performance at SUBCOM, TECOM governance meetings. Also prepare signoff sheets for SUBCOM and TECOM.
