CARGO CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR

Monitor, control, and operate the marine and cargo operations efficiently, ensuring all procedures are adhered to and all defects are reported to the offshore technical lead. Ensure a pro-active and continuous approach to safety. Provide Marine Control Room watch keeping duties, monitoring cargo, ballast, mooring, communication systems and environmental conditions. Control, Monitor, receive, store and discharge crude oil cargo and slops, complying with all the working and reporting procedures and relevant standards set down. Ensure the quality of the Cargo, minimize the quantity of free water present in the cargo and perform cargo deck maintenance activities. Monitor all traffic in the area in order to mitigate the risks of collision. Perform routine and emergency ballasting/de-ballasting. Well Safe Business Unit Induction: Keep track and update the BU Induction database Generate the well control drills reports monthly to be presented to the leadership team once per month Manages all FCPA request needed for trips to the rig by government officials and closes out the reconciliation at when it is due Assist in Well view data mining needed for drilling and completions analysis.
