• Ensure food hygiene and health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
• Review and approve catering requests and Coordinate Catering and Welfare services.
• Supervise/Undertake stock-taking of settling-in-kit items and beverage distribution. Plan and schedule FM maintenance activities, paying attention to resources (personnel and materials), criticality, priority of the various tasks)
• Work with CMMS analysts to update the JDE system
• Liaise with Lead Techs to ensure schedule accuracy

• Provide resource planning and project schedules for departments and various types of projects.
• Coordinate with the project teams to develop Owner’s team schedules, and high level overall project schedules in early CPDEP phases, before contractor selection.
• Prepare and manage overall master project schedule, integrating the project Work Breakdown Structure using an appropriate scheduling software package.
• Coordinate schedules from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule.
• Liaise with all team leaders to communicate required completion dates and interfaces between responsible parties.
• Work closely with cost engineer and accountant for expenditure and value of work forecasting. And cost control for expenditure forecasting and progress

• Operate generators and auxiliary pumping equipment
• Monitor key indicators of power plant operations to determine evidence of mechanical problems
• Repair generators and rotating equipment
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, etc.)

To run Slickline operations, including but not limited to the supervision of Junior Slickline Operators, Slickline Assistant Operators & Helpers/Interns.

The candidate must demonstrate competence in slickline operations including:

• BHP Test, Fishing, Swabbing, Zone Change
• Wax Cutting, Sand Bailing, Well Integrity Test, Plug & Unplugging
• Retrieval & Installation of Safety Valves (SCSSV), Gas lift Valves
• Well completion
• Familiar with Otis and Baker tools & accessories and completions

 

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge & understanding of the well services sector of the oil industry. Previous experience of Slickline operations in an operating role.
• Good all-round knowledge of all of the major well service equipment.

POSITION: Core Analyst

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

• A minimum of a Master’s degree preferably in Geology/Geological Sciences, Petroleum Engineering.

• Minimum of 7-10 years experience in a recognized Core Laboratory as a Core Analyst (Core Handling, Core Processing, Sample Preparation, Routine Core Analysis & SCAL).

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Core Analyst, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Core Processing. This will involve storage, preservation, CT scanning, spectral/gamma ray, core slabbing, core plugging, etc. The work sometimes is physically strenuous as it involves lifting cores.
• Sample Preparation. Wrapping the sample with Nickel/Tin sleeves with different mesh and screen sizes, Soxhlet cleaning with Toluene and Methanol, sample drying, CT-scanning, brine, and oil preparation, etc.
• Routine Core Analysis. You will be involved in standard core analysis, such as fluid saturation using Dean Stark and Retort oven methodology, determination of grain/ bulk density, lithology description, UV/WL determination, sieve analysis, porosity and permeability, etc.
• Special Core Analysis. Have basic knowledge of SCAL. Determination of relative permeability, wettability, capillary pressure, electrical properties, etc.

 

Basic Skills in operating NMR equipment will be an added advantage.
